OUR PROFILE
We draw our strength from the experience, the values, the knowledge, and the ideas we co-created during the long collaboration among our founders and collaborators, in the areas of business administration, vocational training, research studies, and project management.
TETRAS key persons are the founding members:
- Stefanos Michiotis, management engineer MSc, trainer and organizational consultant, is the chief knowledge officer of the firm; he has long experiencing in management of municipal enterprises, educational organizations and a lot of projects.
- Paula Papazoglou, business consultant, is the financial director; she holds a degree in mathematics and has served as managing director in tourism business and financial advisor for private firms in trade and services sector.
- Ioannis Christodoulou, MBA economist and PhC in strategic management, specializes in business policy and marketing issues, using the Chaos theory.
Our core collaborators are:
- Philippe Kelemenis is a senior consultant in project management and holds a degree in mathematics; he has long experience as a director of training centers and an advisor on planning and managing EU funded programs.
- Helen Devletoglou is a psychologist, MEd in Counselling, certified in MBTI and specializing in archetypal analysis; she has a significant experience in career counselling and in research programs aiming to the development of methodological tools.
- Dimitris Dimitriadis is an adult trainer PD and also holds an MSc in public health; he specializes in communication, dialogue and human relations issues.
- John Mihaletos is a political scientist and holds an MA in human resources; he specializes in political analysis and model construction issues.
The above mentioned staff is supported by external collaborators, such as development engineers, IT experts, economists, psychotherapists, sociologists, political scientists, artists, etc; they all hold post graduated diplomas and significant experience.
