INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS
We plan and materialize innovative plans, which are characteristic applications of our approach and revitalize the organizational practice and the social intervention.
Within the frame of funded programs, we plan and carry out pilot programs in the fields of:
- Leadership
- Dialogue
- Knowledge
- Change
- Entrepreneurship
- Creativity
In these programs we use specialized narrative techniques, participatory scenarios, and state-of-the-art management tools, helping to:
- Transfer the necessary know-how and technology to organizations that wish to undergo the appropriate changes, in order to correspond to the forthcoming knowledge economy
- Support private, social, and state investment organizations to prioritize their visions and ideas according to their potential and maturity, in order to create and apply an effective strategic plan
- Enable other firms in the service sector to adapt their products according to the archetypal characteristics of the markets they address
- Support authorities and social organizations in organizing substantial public dialogue and understanding the blind aspects of complex problems they deal with.
Most of the programs we design are characteristic applications of our approach and are based on the collection and exploitation of narrative material they aim to the emergence and collective consciousness of the crucial context, which although never clearly stated, it usually determines the final decisions and attempts of humans.
The following project plans have been conducted or planned on behalf of national and international organizations, in order to handle effectively intractable problems, related to special folds and paradoxes of social complexity.
