OUR EXPERIENCE
During the 20 years of our professional pathway we have extended our perspective, enriched our knowledge and we still personally get involved into the projects we undertake.
Seminars - Conferences:
- Training of more than 1.400 public officers of all levels and services on the topics of decision making under uncertainty, leadership and change, conflict resolution and negotiations etc (National Centre of Greece for the Public and Local Administration, 2006 - today)
- Hosting of the 1st SoL Conference on Deep Learning: Sources and Practices for Integral Leadership, Lesvos island, Greece (Society for Organizational Learning, 2009).
- Entrepreneurial Summer Schoools: Organization of 42 training programs for technical education Greek students (National Foundation for Youth, 2006)
- Organization of more than 200 training programs for business staff, unemployed youth and special groups in a wide range of thematical areas (1989-2003).
- Management and consulting services to 5 vocational training centres on behalf of local government, universities and educational institutes (1991-2000).
Innovative Projects:
- Public Consultation on environmental and social coherence issues in municipalities of Northern and Eastern Attica region (NGO EURONET, 2008)
- Pilot program for the modernization of a technical education organization; its outputs were used by the Greek Ministry of Education as models for relevant activities and now are extended in all kinds of educational institutions. Among its sub-projects one could mention the
- Educational Virtual enterprises: a scenarios-based business simulation for vocational education students, evaluated as European best practice (Sivitanidios Foundation, 1999-2000)
Studies and Investment plans:
- Business Planning for local government: an alternative and innovative methodology that enablew local authorities to evolve through learning, organization, and participation (2008-09)
- E-Mentoring: Planning of a distance mentoring system aiming to support the social entrepreneurship in remote areas (EQUAL, 2006-07).
- Synthesis: Planning of a knowledge management system, aiming to support the development of tourism education and entrepreneurship (Interreg, 2006)
- Mauritius towards being a Knowledge Hub (Mauritius, 2006)
- Research on the existing status and the perspectives for the development of tourism for special interests in Crete (Hellenic Open University, 2005-06)
- Study for planning and promoting the corporate social responsibility concept for a regional health organization (National Health System, 2005)
- Planning of a system of stimulators aiming to support the entrepreneurship and promote the employment in a region of the national border (ESF, 2004-05)
- Reorganization of a 3-stars hotel unit, consisting on the improvement and extension of the hotel services and products, a sales reorientation and promotion, introduction of new technologies and a costing system, staff training etc (Lassia, 2004-05)
- Participation in more than 60 research studies of needs analysis, operational planning, organization, information systems, and programs evaluation for Greek organizations and enterprises (1987-2004)
Research and Development:
- Archetypal Change, a methodology aiming to enable the transformation process within a leading group and facilitate the organizational or social change, taking into consideration the system’s potential and maturity (self-funded, in collaboration with the University of Greenwich, Business School, 2007-today)
- Complexity Archetypes, a tool for imprinting the active archetypes of an organization or society, based on the model of Arthur Young and the OTCI tool (self-funded, 2008-today)..
