TRAINING PROGRAMS
Through innovative training seminars and experiential workshops, we present the new management science and its applications for the organizations, businesses and communities of the 21st century.
Based on our long experience in training and taking into consideration the interest expressed by more than 700 people who attended our courses during the last two years, we have prepared and offer a new series of training programs, presenting the paradigm of organizational and social complexity in management.
Through seminars in organizations and businesses, self-funded experiential workshops and certification programs, we aim to contribute to the development of human potential, transforming conflicts, tensions, and fears into dialogue, knowledge, and creativity.
These programs are addressed to executives and employees of private, public, and social sector, consultants and free lancers of various specialities, as well as researchers, students and individuals, aiming to influence their professional and personal and development.
Their content and methodology have been planned to enable them advance and increase their knowledge, familiarize themselves with up-to-date and effective management tools and techniques and get attracted in a self-awareness process and enrich their mental models.
The courses include theoretical lectures, team exercises and role playing and use of techniques and tools in case studies.
The techniques and tools presented and used are state-of-the-art products, supported by worldwide avant-garde networks and schools of thought.
The trainers hold post graduated degrees, are certified by national and international organizations, possess long experience in adult education and their specific topics; furthermore, as they come from heterogeneous fields they are able to compose a holistic approach and use examples from different areas of daily life
The duration of organizational training courses varies between 15 and 30 hours; they can be materialized in their location or in special selected places, during working time or weekends.
Further, in collaboration with alternative learning centers, we organize 3-days experiential workshops on a self-funded basis.
Finally, in collaboration with international networks, we will soon organize certification programs regarding the use of these innovative techniques and tools.
